Unilever Plc seeks an experienced Sr Supply Chain Executive to optimize global supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely product delivery to customers worldwide. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in supply chain management, expertise in S&OP, Lean, and Six Sigma, and proficiency with SAP, Oracle, and JDA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related; master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (SAP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced Excel.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, transportation issues, and inventory obsolescence.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices in supply chain management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing staff.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
