Key Responsibilities

• You’ll mentor trainers, lead impactful sessions, and uphold quality standards that sets Bhanzu apart - your work will ripple across classrooms worldwide
• Define and uphold quality standards — rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and performance benchmarks that set Bhanzu's classrooms apart
• Analyze learning and classroom data to identify gaps, then design creative, pedagogy-grounded solutions
• Lead high-impact sessions — trainer workshops, calibration meetings, or curriculum walkthroughs — that inspire action
• Work From Office (WFO) — this is a hands-on, in-person role (non-negotiable)
• Compensation: Your CTC will be determined based on the role and team you're placed in (up to 8 LPA).
