Job summary

ESP Engineered is looking for a Part-Time Math Trainer to conduct engaging online classes for students from UKG to Grade 8. You will deliver joyful learning experiences using real-world stories and examples. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Math or Science and a strong command over school-level math. Prior teaching experience is preferred. This work-from-home role involves 3 to 6 hours of commitment per day, with potential performance bonuses based on your teaching impact.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, intuitive, and joyful online math classes
• Use real-world stories, analogies, and examples to simplify concepts
• Customize your approach based on learner needs and age
• Track progress and share feedback with parents
• Teach students from India, US, UK, ANZ, GCC & more
• Follow Bhanzu’s pedagogy and training guidelines

What You Need

• Strong command over school-level math (UKG–Grade 8)
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent English communication with a neutral/clear accent
• Prior teaching experience preferred (online or offline)
• Quiet space, laptop, webcam, mic, stable internet, power backup

Time Commitment & Slots (IST)

• 3 to 6 hours/day | 6 days/week (1 weekday off)
• Preferred Slot: 2 AM – 7 AM
