Job summary

Hero Vired is seeking a Senior Academic Associate (Degree) to drive consultative sales of online UG & PG Degree Programs to working professionals, freshers, and students. You will guide learners through enrollment, understand their goals, and close the sales through a full lifecycle utilizing CRM tools.

Ideal candidates will have 1–6 years in B2C EdTech sales, exceptional communication, and a self-driven, target-focused mindset suited to a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably EdTech.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners through calls, demos, emails, and chats.
