Job summary

Hero Vired, part of the Hero Group, is hiring a Senior Academic Associate (Degree) to drive the sale of online UG/PG programs to working professionals, freshers, and students across Mumbai (Thane), Pune, Bengaluru and Nashik.

You will manage the full enrollment journey, engage learners via calls, demos, emails and chats, and use Salesforce/LeadSquared/NoPaperForms to meet targets in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably EdTech.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced startup.
• Prior experience selling online degree or upskilling programs is a plus.

Responsibilities
