Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Chennai seeks a Salesforce Testing Sr. Engineer to develop and maintain QA test cases and testing strategy, collaborating with developers, stakeholders, project/product management, and other QA team members.

You will create and execute manual test cases, perform rigorous QA checks on every Org change, assist with regression testing during releases, and track testing in Jira, while thriving in an Agile environment using Confluence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of test case design experience at component and integration levels.
• Solid knowledge of QA processes and test design with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.

Position overview

• Developing and maintaining QA test cases and testing strategy.
• Collaborating with developers, stakeholders, project/product management, and other QA team members

Position''s General Duties and Tasks:

• Create and execute manual test cases to validate that all business requirements are met.
• Complete rigorous QA checks on every change made within the Org.
• Help with regression testing during releases and assist with Testing/QA
• Track and control the testing execution in tools such as Jira
• Experience in working in an Agile Development environment and well verse with Confluence and Jira tools
• Collaborating with developers, stakeholders, project/product management, and other QA team members.

Must have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in test case design at different levels (component, integration).
• Good knowledge of QA processes, methodologies and test design techniques with hands on experience with Jira and confluence.
• Strong attention to detail is critical for this position, and you should be able to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge on Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with a team.
• Critical and analytical mindset when it comes to solutions design and implementation.
• Interested in understanding the strategic goal and wanting to make a significant contribution to the business objectives.

Nice to have, but not required:

• Highly preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce lightning configurations, features and architecture.
• Experience in Development and maintenance of QA test cases and has exposure to testing strategy for Salesforce.
• Any certification in Salesforce.
• QA related certifications e.g. ISTQB
• Experience in accessibility (A11Y) testing
