You have 2–4 years of hands-on QA experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, proficiency with Selenium or Provar, and strong skills in defect tracking, regression, and integration testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on testing of CRM and Sales Cloud modules.
• Experience with automated and manual testing, regression and integration testing.
• Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools.

Responsibilities

Job requirements

Experience Range:

• 2 to 4 years of experience, including hands‑on quality engineering within Salesforce Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud modules, such as Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, and Forecast Management
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated and manual test cases to validate business processes and integrations within Sales Cloud
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure sales workflows and territory planning meet quality standards and business requirements
• Identify, document, and track defects using industry‑standard tools, driving resolution and continuous improvement
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud features to ensure system reliability and accuracy
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams, supporting timely delivery of high‑quality releases
• Configure test environments and data sets to simulate real‑world sales scenarios and validate end‑to‑end business flows
