Aboutthe role:

In this positionwith Roundglass Foundation (RGF), reporting to the Leader RoundglassFoundation, you will work closely with the foundation’s programme and thematicleads on various initiatives and strategies and will be responsible for theoperational activities and projectmanagementacrossRGF’svariousprogrammes.Youwillalsoaddvaluebyimprovingprocessesandidentifyingopportunitiestoaugmentproductivity&promotesynergies.Youwill needtoworkwiththethematicleadstoco-createandpartnerontheimplementationofvariousinitiatives and monitor& trackimpact and outcomes.You willbeexpected toplaytherole of a thinker, facilitator, andpartner in equal measure with the thematic leaders.

• Work ondrivingvarious initiatives,strategyandimpactmeasurement processesand programmes working with the RGFthematic teams.
  


• Owntheproject&progresstrackingforkeyinitiativesof RGF
  


• Research,conceptualizeandimplement,throughthethematicteams,variousprojects and programmes that create valuefor the organization e.g. working on Concept Notes, Goal Trackers and Budgetsfor RGF
  


• LeadwithdataandsuccessmetricsforRGFinitiatives.Usetechtoolstobuildintelligentreports that give consistent, transparent and real time updates about theimpact that RGF initiatives are making
  


• Identifyopportunitiesforimprovementsinproductivity,bringefficiencies andbuilding initiatives to scale so that RGFcan achieve its multi-year goals.
  


• Identifykeyinternalandexternalcustomersandstakeholders–workacrossfunctions andvariedBusinessUnitstodrivecommonagenda,influenceandimpactRGFcentric requirements.
  


• Workatbringingconsistencyinpolicies,processes,reviewmechanismsandprogressreporting across RGF.

Requirements

Skillsand Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or other related field with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience of having worked in the social sector orconsulting organizations


• Understanding of social and development sector would be a big plus


• Penchant for data coupled with excellent analyticalskills to cut through the clutter to focus on delivering on concurrent tasksand priorities


• Ability to work at and navigate all levels of anorganization, driving decisions and direction through influence, includingexecutive and senior business stakeholders


• Highly organized with strong project managementskills, interpersonal skills, and a professional presence with the ability toquickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
