• Experience with monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Aboutthe role:

TheLead – Government Schemes & Convergence will be responsible for identifyingrelevant Central and State Government schemes and converting them intoactionable implementation opportunities for RGF. This role is not a fundraisingrole, but a strategic government alignment role — ensuring that RGF programsare structured, positioned, and executed in alignment with applicablegovernment schemes to maximize institutional leverage and impact.

Whatyou’ll do:

• Continuously track relevant Central and Stategovernment schemes.
• Analyze scheme guidelines, eligibility norms,financial structures, and compliance requirements.
• Develop a live repository of schemes aligned withRGF focus areas.
• Identify convergence opportunities acrossdepartments.
• 2.Scheme-to-Program Translation - Work closely with RGFprogram teams to understand:
  • Field realities
  • Beneficiary eligibility
  • Translate government scheme provisions intoactionable program designs.
  • Identify how existing RGF interventions can bestructured to fit within scheme frameworks.
• 3. Proposal Structuring & Technical Compliance
  • Collaborate with proposal writing team to:
    • Ensure technical and financial compliance
    • Align budgets with government cost norms
    • Structure DPRs / Concept Notes as per governmentformats
    • Review proposals before submission forcompleteness and scheme alignment.
  • Ensure documentation and annexures meet governmentstandards.
• 4. Government Coordination & Approvals
  • Liaise with relevant government departments forclarifications and approvals.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, andfollow-ups.
  • Support MoUs and formal convergence agreements.
  • Track file movement and ensure timely submission.
  • Ensure scheme-linked projects are execution-ready.
