Job summary

Roundglass Foundation seeks a Resource & Delivery Manager – Changemakers to ensure changemakers are planned, deployed and developed across initiatives. You will manage lightweight systems for resource planning, cross-training, upskilling, performance management and delivery operations.

You will help teams execute consistently and sustainably by tracking capacity, managing budgets for learning and travel, and driving core metrics to improve delivery health and impact.

About the role

The Resource & Delivery Manager – Changemakers supports RGF’s scale-up by ensuring changemakersare planned, deployed, and developed effectively across initiatives. This role owns lightweight systemsfor resource planning, cross-training, upskilling, performance management, reporting and deliveryoperations, helping teams execute consistently and sustainably.

What you’ll do:

• Resourceplanning&staffing: Forecastdemand,track capacity/utilization,manageallocations, and flag coverage risksacross initiatives.
