Mumbai seeks a seasoned Infrastructure Operations leader to drive enterprise On-Premise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance across the technology environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, storage and virtualization platforms, backup, disaster recovery, patch management, monitoring, and data center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing enterprise On-Premise IT Infrastructure across Windows and Linux servers.
• Strong knowledge of storage, virtualization, backup, DR and patch management.
• Hands-on experience with server hardening, audit readiness and production support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise on-premise server infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
• Administer storage platforms, virtualization infrastructure, and backup environments to ensure maximum availability.
• Perform server provisioning, patch management, operating system hardening, and lifecycle management.
• Execute backup operations, restore testing, and disaster recovery activities while maintaining proper operational evidence.
• Support disaster recovery planning, DR drills, restore validation, and business continuity initiatives.
• Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
• Coordinate production incidents, planned maintenance activities, problem management, and root cause analysis.
