Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading F&A transformation across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and compliance.
• Experience with automation, intelligent workflows, generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Strong background in F&A consulting, transformation, and Operational Excellence.
• Proven track record in driving Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end F&A transformation initiatives across R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A.
• Implement automation and AI-enabled processes to achieve autonomous finance ops.
• Drive consulting-led transformation and operational excellence programs.
• Steer continuous improvement projects and setup governance for finance ops.
