Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Senior/Junior Facade Estimator. The role involves preparing project cost estimates for facade systems by analyzing project requirements, reading blueprints, and performing material take-offs. Responsibilities include obtaining vendor quotes, creating competitive bids, collaborating with design and project management teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and preparing detailed project proposals
• Experience of 5+ years required for senior facade estimator
• 0-3 years of experience required for junior facade estimator
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, construction methods, and relevant technologies
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
• Relevant experience in facade or construction estimation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is desirable
