Job summary

NR GROUP is seeking a Junior Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in facade and glazing projects to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The role supports planning, execution, quality control, measurement, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will assist in the execution of facade and glazing works, monitor site activities, coordinate with clients and sub-contractors, and help prepare progress reports while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in facade and glazing projects.
• Willingness to assist in planning, execution, quality control, measurement and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of facade, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, and architectural metal works.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity reconciliation reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved method statements.
• Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate site inspections and closure of consultant/client observations.
• Support billing activities by verifying executed quantities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies at site.
• Report project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to management.
