Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage, secure, and support our IT operations and endpoint environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in identity management (Okta), SaaS platform administration (Google Workspace, Slack), MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf), and cross‑platform troubleshooting for both Windows and macOS.

• Administer, configure, and maintain SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access permissions, SSO, and MFA enforcement.
• Oversee MDM workflows using Kandji, Jamf, and Focal for laptop provisioning, endpoint compliance, and policy deployment.
• Provide Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting support for both Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Manage OS patching, system updates, and security compliance across corporate devices.
• Track, audit, and optimize SaaS application licenses and access control.
• Manage IT service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and clear SLA compliance.
• Maintain clear IT documentation, user onboarding guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or IT operations.
• Hands‑on expertise with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack administration.
• Familiarity with MDM and device management workflows (Kandji, Jamf, or Focal).
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Practical understanding of SSO, MFA, zero‑trust security concepts, and user access management.
• Experience managing SaaS licensing and enterprise endpoint compliance.
