Job summary

Chaosology is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to manage, secure, and support our IT operations and endpoint environment. The role covers administering SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack), user provisioning, SSO/MFA, and MDM workflows for devices.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting for Windows and macOS, and solid knowledge of zero-trust concepts and license management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or IT operations.
• Hands-on expertise with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack administration.
• Familiarity with MDM workflows (Kandji, Jamf, or Focal).
• Proficient in SSO, MFA, zero-trust security concepts, and user access management.
• Experience managing SaaS licensing and enterprise endpoint compliance.
• Strong communication and incident tracking skills.

• Administer, configure, and maintain SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access permissions, SSO, and MFA enforcement.
• Oversee MDM workflows using Kandji, Jamf, and Focal for laptop provisioning, endpoint compliance, and policy deployment.
• Provide Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting support for both Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Manage OS patching, system updates, and security compliance across corporate devices.
• Track, audit, and optimize SaaS application licenses and access control.
• Manage IT service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and clear SLA compliance.
• Maintain clear IT documentation, user onboarding guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
