Job summary

Dara Engineering Infrastructures is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot IT systems at a manufacturing plant. The role requires hands-on Delta ERP/HRMS experience, strong Windows desktop/server skills, and proficiency with AD, M365, Outlook, and network services.

You will support the plant's IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, and switches, ensuring reliable operations and security. On-site work in Jaipur, India is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Delta ERP/HRMS Software is mandatory.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT systems at the manufacturing plant including ERP/HRMS modules.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Manage network infrastructure and core services to ensure uptime and security.
