Job summary

Purview Services is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

You will support hiring across cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and software development, building pipelines for IT and niche technology roles and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Understanding of IT technologies: Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Software Development.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through portals and networks and build pipelines for IT roles.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and provide regular hiring updates.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Build strong pipelines for IT and niche technology roles.

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.

Required Skills
