Job summary

Purview Services is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers across multiple technology domains.

You will build strong pipelines for IT and niche technology roles, source through portals and networks, conduct initial HR screening, and ensure a smooth candidate experience while keeping stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing experience using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Software Development).
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams; provide regular updates and pipeline reports.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring process and maintain candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Build strong pipelines for IT and niche technology roles.

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.

Required Skills
