Job summary

Purview Services is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role covers end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers across cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and software development.

You will build pipelines, conduct HR screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and maintain candidate databases to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Software Development).
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer rollout.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals and professional networks; build strong pipelines for IT roles.
• Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with hiring managers and delivery teams; provide regular updates.

Candidate Sourcing

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.

Candidate Experience
