Role Description The Senior Interior Designer – Home Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading end-to-end design projects for residential interiors, including client consultations, needs assessment, and concept development. The designer will create detailed design proposals, prepare drawings and specifications, coordinate FF&E selections, and ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, contractors, and vendors, conducting site visits, monitoring execution quality, and resolving design or installation issues. The Senior Interior Designer is also expected to mentor junior designers, uphold Truww’s design standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and tools.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience in residential projects.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zoning.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and working drawings.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of FF&E, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Experience in leading or mentoring design teams and working in fast-paced, technology-enabled design environments is an advantage.
