Job summary

Truww in Pune, Maharashtra, invites applications for a Project Manager – Commercial Interiors to lead design and construction projects for corporate spaces.

You will develop plans, manage scope, budget and schedule, liaise with clients, and ensure QA and risk mitigation while guiding the project team through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) managing commercial interior design and construction projects.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for commercial interior design and construction projects.
• Ensure projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline parameters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their specific requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
