Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of process instruments PLC / SCADA systems, field instruments (control valves, transmitters, gauges) and weighing scales
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all instruments - by following the scheduled maintenance plan and tracking to achieve 100% compliance. Also ensure maintenance cost is within the budget
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to monitor and optimize process control parameters - using data analysis or control loop tuning to improve efficiency
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues affecting production or quality - and ensure root cause analysis and long-term corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with technical, statutory, and safety during all projects.
• Maintain accurate records of instrument calibrations, repairs, and inspections -- and ensure traceability as per the standards
• Must handle shifts independently as per shifts scheduled
