• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Technology Consulting, Implementation Consulting, Business Analysis, or related SaaS fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL development and RDBMS data structures, relational database concepts, and the SDLC.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solution architectures and lead executive-level client interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills to manage deadline-driven, high-volume projects with minimal oversight.

THE OPPORTUNITY – Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Function: Professional Services

In this role, as a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing Professional Services team that shapes customer success across the revenue lifecycle. Operating as a functional lead, you will own the full implementation lifecycle from end to end—leading discovery, solution design, technical configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment across Xactly’s product suite. You will partner directly with Director- and VP-level executive stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into scalable solutions, drive project momentum, and mentor peers across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead End-to-End Implementations: Drive the complete implementation project lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to solution architecture, application configuration, UAT guidance, and go-live deployment.
• Consult & Architect Enterprise Solutions: Translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical designs, consulting with Director- and VP-level stakeholders on industry best practices and process optimizations.
• Manage High-Volume Portfolio Workstreams: Direct concurrent customer implementations, driving urgency, tracking key milestones, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding and early platform adoption.
• Integrate Systems & Resolve Technical Hurdles: Leverage deep SQL development, RDBMS data structures, and system integration techniques to configure applications and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Provide Functional Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the functional lead on assigned client projects, establishing implementation playbooks, developing training materials, and mentoring junior team members to elevate delivery capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must-Have Skills

• Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Technology Consulting, Implementation Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields in SaaS.
• Technical Acumen & SQL Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL development, RDBMS data structures, relational database concepts, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Solution Design & Executive Communication: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solution architectures and lead executive-level client interactions (Director level and above) with strong consultative authority.
• Project Execution & Ownership: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills to independently manage deadline-driven, high-volume project workloads with minimal oversight.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience or domain expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Performance Management (SPM), or sales operations.
• System Integration & Process Improvement: Hands-on experience with enterprise system integrations, API data flows, or developing internal implementation frameworks.
