we are looking for an experienced *Associate Director HVAC* to lead our HVAC team and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• * Lead and manage the complete HVAC team and provide technical and professional direction.
• * Oversee HVAC design and ensure quality, accuracy and timely project delivery.
• * Guide and support the team on design, technical issues and project challenges.
• * Review designs, drawings and technical submissions at a senior level.
• * Plan and monitor project progress, deliverables and team requirements.
• * Take ownership of projects from design stage through completion.
• * Attend client meetings, project discussions and site visits as required.
• * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• * Coordinate effectively with internal MEP teams and external stakeholders.
• * Identify project risks, resolve technical issues and ensure timely decisions.
• * Travel to client locations and other company offices as required.
• * Participate in hiring, interviews, team development and performance management.
• * Stay updated with relevant HVAC design practices, codes, standards and industry developments.

What We Are Looking For

• * 20+ years of strong experience in *HVAC Design*, preferably with an MEP consulting firm.
• * Strong understanding of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects.
• * Excellent technical knowledge with the ability to guide and mentor senior engineers and design teams.
• * Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• * Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• * A confident, approachable and people-oriented leader.
• * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• * Willingness to travel as required.
• * Should be comfortable taking ownership and making decisions at a senior level.
