Ankura Hospital in Telangana, India seeks a human resources professional to manage manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The role focuses on ensuring staffing aligned with patient volume and department needs, handling payroll, attendance, compliance, and employee engagement.

The candidate will partner with leadership, oversee onboarding, documentation, and monthly HR reporting, while supporting performance management and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in manpower planning and recruitment processes
• Familiarity with payroll, attendance, and HRMS coordination
• Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and filing

• Prepare manpower plans based on patient volume, department requirements, and business projections.
• Partner with hospital/unit leadership to understand business and manpower requirements.
• Monitor sanctioned strength, actual manpower, vacancies, and manpower cost.
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

• Attendance & leave management.

• Employee documentation and file management.
• Statutory compliance PF, ESI, PT, etc.
• Retention & Employee Experience.
• HR MIS and monthly reporting.
