OC Infraventures & Construction in Lucknow is hiring a hands-on HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. You will handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration while ensuring policy compliance.

You will develop KRAs/KPIs, oversee employee engagement, grievances, and retention, and coordinate appraisals and exits. A strong knowledge of labour laws and HRMIS is preferred.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and manpower planning.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management.
• Formulate, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Develop KRAs/KPIs, monitor performance, and coordinate appraisals.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances, and retention.
• Ensure HR documentation and applicable labour law compliance.
• Manage exit formalities, clearance, and full & final settlement coordination.
• Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports, and workforce analytics.
• Oversee training, development, and overall HR operations.
