You will maintain recruitment metrics, build a robust candidate pipeline, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment & Bulk Hiring.
• Proven experience in handling high-volume recruitment drives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals, sourcing techniques, and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring and achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
