Job summary

Prime Talent Partners seeks a senior HR leader to own policies, compliance and labour law across locations, with a 6-day week in Jaipur.

You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, and a strong people culture while partnering with leadership to enable growth in a fast-growing QSR brand. Immediate joiners preferred; 15-18 years of HR leadership experience required. MBA/PGDM HR is expected.

Qualifications

• Leads HR with focus on policies, compliance and ER.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in multi-location HR roles with leadership exposure.
