• Night Shift / US Hours recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and referrals.
• Conduct detailed screening and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews across global time zones and panels.
• Provide hiring updates, market intel, and recruitment metrics.
• Manage offer negotiations and smooth joining process.
• Maintain ATS records and build talent pipelines.

This role focuses on managing product engineering and business hiring demands, partnering with stakeholders, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across high-volume and niche recruitment mandates.
