Job summary

Symbiosis Society is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee construction project planning and execution in Pune. The role involves strategic leadership across departments, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with building codes and statutory requirements.

The candidate will manage procurement, contractor/vendor coordination, and overall project quality and safety, driving timely delivery of milestones and final certifications in a complex estate infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Liaison and co-ordination with municipal committee, government and non-government agencies, local bodies etc. for obtaining Approvals and Sanctions required in relation to project.
• Take stock of project jobs and work out timely resource requirements.
• Work out timelines for approval.
• Ensuring all tasks are progressed as per Agreements with various contractors, RCC designers, legal consultants, Architects, Advisors, all other counselors/consultants etc. associated with the project.
• Responsible for complying with Building code, local body regulations and statutory compliances in connection with project.
• Take all such steps needed and be responsible for material Control including security, coordinate to obtain technical and Laboratory test reports.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate management tools.
• Verifying correctness of Commencement, Construction stage passing, Completion certificates and all other desired paper work in connection with project.
