Job summary

Rempact is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in Delhi to own concept-to-delivery for high-end 3D and motion work. You will lead asset creation across digital and print, animate using Blender, and push AI-driven pipelines to accelerate production.

The role requires 5+ years in graphic or motion design, a strong Blender skillset, and a portfolio showcasing static, 3D, and motion work. Apply with your portfolio highlighting Blender projects and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and motion/3D formats.
• Create and animate 3D models, scenes, and visual effects using Blender for product visualization, brand storytelling, and campaign content.
• Design and produce 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for video, web, and social platforms.
• Build and optimize agentic AI workflows (e.g., automated asset generation, batch rendering pipelines, prompt-chained design tools) to streamline repetitive design and production tasks.
• Collaborate closely with product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Maintain and evolve brand visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with deadlines.
• Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers and freelancers.
• Stay current with emerging design tools, 3D/animation techniques, and AI-assisted creative technologies.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and motion/3D formats (branding, marketing collateral, social media, packaging, presentations, etc.)
• Create and animate 3D models, scenes, and visual effects using Blender for product visualization, brand storytelling, and campaign content
• Design and produce 2D/3D animations and motion graphics for video, web, and social platforms
• Build and optimize agentic AI workflows (e.g., automated asset generation, batch rendering pipelines, prompt-chained design tools) to streamline repetitive design and production tasks
• Collaborate closely with product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, or a related creative field
• Highly skilled in Blender — 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation
• Strong expertise in animation (2D and/or 3D) and motion graphics
• Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing agentic AI workflows — e.g., chaining AI tools/agents for automated asset generation, prompt engineering, or production pipeline automation
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of static design, 3D/animation, and motion work
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage time effectively across multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional 3D/animation software (Cinema 4D, Maya, After Effects 3D, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.) and integrating them into production pipelines
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, especially for Blender automation) is a plus
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a small design team
• Background in UI/UX, branding, or advertising agency work
