Lopez Design Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a mid-level Motion Graphics Designer with 4–5 years of experience to create compelling brand-driven animations for multiple platforms. You will translate static design systems into dynamic visuals, from storyboards to final production.

The ideal candidate brings a strong design-first mindset, narrative sensitivity, and the rigor to deliver pixel-perfect motion across campaigns, signage, and digital experiences in an on-site Gurgaon studio.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional motion design experience in a reputed design studio, brand consultancy, or creative agency.
• A stellar showreel or portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in kinetic typography, integrated brand animations, and diverse visual styles.
• A degree in Communication Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related multimedia field from a reputed Design institute
• Adaptability: The ability to switch gears between high-level storytelling concepts and 'pixel-perfect' final production details.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for brand programs and cross-platform media.
• Develop detailed storyboards and frames to map visual narratives for motion.
• Animate core brand assets including typography, logos, UI interactions, and wayfinding prototypes.
• Collaborate with Brand and Spatial Designers to translate concepts into animated mockups.
• Build reusable motion graphics templates and asset toolkits for workflows.
• Participate in studio reviews and incorporate feedback to elevate production values.
• Ensure seamless file transitions from vector concepts to final rendering and delivery formats.
• Partner with communications and UX teams to align assets with project strategy.

We are seeking a talented Mid-level Motion Graphics Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our design and delivery verticals. Sitting at the intersection of brand identity, digital systems, and spatial experiences, you will translate static design systems into high-impact moving artwork. The ideal candidate has a strong "design-first" mindset, deep narrative sensibilities, and the execution rigor to manage animations from storyboarding to final production rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Animation: Build high-quality 2D and 3D animations for integrated brand identity programs, dynamic digital systems, and cross-platform communication.
• Storyboarding & Narrative: Develop detailed storyboards and style frames to map out visual narratives before moving assets into motion production.
• Brand Asset Transformation: Animate core corporate brand assets including kinetic typography, logos, UI interactions, and digital wayfinding prototypes.
• Systems Integration: Collaborate directly with Brand Designers and Spatial Designers to translate physical layouts and signage concepts into animated environmental mockups.
• Systems Thinking: Build reusable motion graphics templates (MOGRTs) and dynamic asset toolkits for internal design workflows and client distribution.
• Review & Refinement: Participate in studio design reviews, incorporating constructive feedback from Creative Directors to elevate production values.
• Process Optimization: Ensure seamless file transitions from the initial creative vector phase to optimal final rendering, compression, and delivery formats.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with communication designers, and UX teams to align all moving assets with the studio's holistic project strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional motion design experience in a reputed design studio, brand consultancy, or creative agency environment.
• Portfolio: A stellar showreel or portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in kinetic typography, integrated brand animations, and diverse visual styles.
• Education: A degree in Communication Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related multimedia field from a reputed Design institute
• Adaptability: The ability to switch gears between high-level storytelling concepts and "pixel-perfect" final production details.

Preferred Skills

• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, paired with 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Design Fundamentals: Deep operational understanding of typography rules, corporate layout grids, color theory, and core animation principles.
• Communication: Strong presentation and visual storytelling skills, showcasing the clear ability to explain motion behaviors to internal team leads.
• Contextual Intelligence: An understanding of the Indian cultural landscape coupled with global contemporary design and motion trends.
