Sociapa in Noida is seeking a highly creative Senior Motion Designer (AI & Motion) to blend storytelling, animation, and AI tools into world-class visual content. You will lead motion graphics for social media, campaigns, and brand films, creating AI-powered videos using Runway, Midjourney, Luma, and other tools.

The role requires strong After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D/Blender skills and a passion for emerging AI workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Motion Designer (AI & Motion) who can combine storytelling, animation, and the latest AI tools to create world-class visual content. The ideal candidate should have expertise in motion graphics, AI-generated videos, cinematic storytelling, product visualization, and social media content creation.

This role requires someone who is passionate about experimenting with emerging AI technologies while maintaining high creative and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand films.
• Produce AI-powered videos using platforms such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI tools.
• Develop product commercials, launch videos, CGI concepts, and storytelling-based campaigns.
• Convert static creatives into engaging motion assets.
• Create animated explainers, reels, YouTube videos, performance ads, and digital campaigns.
• Design logo animations, typography animations, transitions, and motion identities.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest AI workflows, motion trends, and creative technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain quality standards across projects.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience with AI video generation tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and sound design.
• Ability to create cinematic product videos and advertising films.
• Experience in creating content for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, OTT, and digital platforms.
• Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail.
