Senior Graphic Designer – AI-Enabled Design Lead

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with the ability to leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, speed, and visual exploration. The role requires ownership of end-to-end design execution while contributing strategically to brand and campaign thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual design across digital, print, branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design output.
• Use AI‑assisted creative tools to support concept generation, mood boarding, layout exploration, and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and motion teams.
• Review work to ensure quality and alignment.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualificatons

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high‑quality execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma AI, Canva AI, Runway, or similar tools to support ideation, visual exploration, and workflow efficiency.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience using AI tools for creative ideation and visual experimentation.
• Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge.
• Experience in fast‑paced or agency environments.
