Dream Home Store UK designs furniture for the United Kingdom market, aiming for real-world viability and standout on screen. We seek a designer with strong visual judgment, curiosity, and a genuine obsession with furniture who can translate concepts into production-ready pieces.

The role covers trend research, material and finish decisions, and international travel for QA. Growth from R&D designer to leadership is outlined in our path.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of furniture/product design experience.
• Production experience beyond concept work.
• Strong understanding of proportion, materials, finishes and detail.
• Ability to develop ideas without reference images.
• Experience with flat-pack, knock down or OEM furniture is a plus.
• Background in Furniture, Product or Industrial Design; UK market trends knowledge a plus.
• Excellent creativity and visualization skills.
• Strong analytical, observation and problem-solving abilities.
• NID, NIFT or comparable design institute preferred (not mandatory).

At Dream Home Store UK, we design furniture for the United Kingdom marketproducts that need to work in the real world and look exceptional on a screen.

We’re looking for a designer with strong visual judgement, curiosity and a genuine obsession with furniture.
