Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, ensuring creative and operational excellence.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

Design & Development

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute furniture designs across export, retail, and corporate verticals.
• Align design outputs with market trends, client expectations, and brand direction.
• Work proficiently with tools such as 3DS Max, Fusion, Rhino, Adobe Suite, and CorelDRAW.

Process & Planning

• Develop project plans with key milestones and oversee design timelines.
• Ensure smooth coordination for POs and ongoing design developments.
• Implement quarterly design strategies and continuously improve internal workflows.
• Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Present ideas, concepts, and reports effectively to senior leadership.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on design progress and team performance.
• Maintain quality and timeline standards across all design projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Product Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or Accessory Design.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the relevant industry.
• Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering results.
• Strong freehand sketching skills and proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Rhino.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and design excellence.
