Job summary

PrismHR, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions, is building a modern payroll and HR platform with end-to-end ownership for features. You will work on Angular/TypeScript front end, Node.js/Express APIs, and a data layer, leading reviews, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product and QA.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years of software experience, 5+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript, and real SPA experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong JavaScript and TypeScript, plus hands-on Node.js.
• Real single-page app experience (Angular, React, or Vue).
• REST APIs and microservices with Express.
• HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Agile.
• 8+ years total software experience.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across frontend and backend components.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and QA.
• Modernize a mature payroll engine within a modern cloud stack.

Build software that makes sure people get paid.
PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the United States, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions — one of North America's largest privately held employer-services companies.
You will own features end to end~ Angular and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js and Express APIs behind them, data layer underneath. You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and work directly with product and QA. A lot of the interesting work is modernization — a mature payroll engine and a modern cloud stack, being joined together without ever dropping a pay run.
You will need~

• 5+ years of strong JavaScript and TypeScript, plus hands-on Node.js
• Real single-page app experience (Angular, React, or Vue)
• REST APIs and microservices with Express
• HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Agile
• 8+ years total software experience

Nice to have~ AWS or Azure, legacy modernization, HCM or payroll domain knowledge.
The schedule~6~00 PM – 3~00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, for full overlap with our US teams. You work the first four hours from our Noida office and the rest from home — no 3~00 AM commute. Your mornings and afternoons are genuinely free.
