Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior Architecture lead for the PrismHR platform in Noida. You will drive technical direction, partner with architects, and mentor a team of senior engineers while delivering prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts used by the platform.

The role demands 10+ years across the full SDLC in web-based SaaS, strong Node.js/JS/TS, DevOps, streaming systems, and cloud with AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across the full SDLC in web-based SaaS, leading Agile teams.
• Hands-on Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on DevOps: containers, configuration management, monitoring, automation
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming and messaging
• Extensive AWS and Azure
• Working understanding of RAG, MCP, and agent-based orchestration
• A track record building technical roadmaps, and the credibility to defend them
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Shape the platform architecture and drive technical direction with executives and product teams.
• Build working prototypes and proofs-of-concept used by development teams.
• Coach and mentor a group of architects and senior engineers.
• Collaborate with senior developers to design and integrate major new capabilities.

Job description

Shape the platform, not just the sprint.

We are building the next generation of the PrismHR platform, and this is where its technical direction gets decided. PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the US, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions.

This is hands‑on architecture. You will build working prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts development teams actually use — not slide decks. You will partner with other architects on the architecture vision, work with executives on technology strategy, drive design and integration of major new capabilities with senior developers, and coach a group of architects and senior engineers.

The problem set~ a mature multi‑value payroll engine, a modern cloud SaaS layer, an active modernization program, and a live question about where AI‑driven patterns fit in an enterprise HR platform.

You will need~

• 10+ years across the full SDLC in web‑based SaaS, leading Agile teams
• Hands‑on Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands‑on DevOps~ containers, configuration management, monitoring, automation

The schedule~

6~00 PM – 3~00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home. Full overlap with US executives and product leaders is what makes this an architecture role with real authorship.
