Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an experienced infrastructure engineer to ensure the availability and performance of PrismHR hosted services. You will diagnose troubles end to end, own topology, and lead the team in building resilient, compliant hosted platforms.

Job description

The environment is mid-transformation~ self-hosted infrastructure and Azure, legacy and modern, at the same time. You will ensure availability and performance across hosting services, work with senior management on designing and supporting new hosted services, and spend real time making things better — automating manual work, enforcing compliance standards, evolving configuration management.

You will also diagnose full-stack problems end to end (network, authentication, SSL, application), own topology documentation, build and test disaster recovery, and act as technical lead and mentor for the team.

You will need~

• Bachelor\'s in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering, plus 7-10 years relevant experience
• Deep Linux, Windows, database, and networking knowledge
• Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
• Docker and container infrastructure
• VMware and cloud infrastructure in a managed service environment
• Strong scripting
• Design-level expertise for SaaS platforms

Strongly desired~ SOC 2 experience, certifications (RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA).

The schedule~ 6~00 PM - 3~00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home.
