Job summary

Peninsula Land is seeking a Senior Engineer Finishing (BE Civil) in Navi Mumbai with 8–10 years of experience to lead high-end residential finishing works, including plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, ceilings, panelling and cladding, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.

You will supervise site activities, check lines and levels, coordinate QA/QC with contractors and vendors, assist in schedules and budgets, and ensure finishing works meet project requirements

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8-10 years of experience in finishing works for high-end residential projects.
• Experience with plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, ceilings and cladding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing works: plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, ceilings, cladding and furniture finishes.
• Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, slopes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, contractors, subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and schedule.
• Support preparation of project schedules, timelines and budgets for finishing works.
• Ensure finishing works adhere to drawings, specs and design intent.

Sr. Engineer Finishing BE Civil (Experience 8 to 10 years)

• Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Villas, high end internal civil finishing project.
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, BOQ and method statements.
• oversees all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• The candidate should be able to handle the project independently.
• Working with stakeholders to establish the project's objectives and deliverables.
• Overseeing and managing all finishing works like plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, different types of false ceilings, panelling, cladding, furniture and other interior and exterior finishes.
• Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, slopes, and project requirements.
• Ensuring that all finishing work adheres to project specifications, design drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections at various stages and coordinate with the QA/QC team for approvals.
• Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of finishing works.
• Assisting in the preparation of project schedules, timelines, and budgets for finishing works.
• Material Management - Managing material requirements, usage, and wastage control for finishing works.
