Job summary

Genxhire Services in Jamnagar, Gujarat, is seeking a site finishing supervisor to oversee civil and interior finishing activities across residential, commercial, and real estate developments.

You will coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work aligns with drawings, BOQs, and project requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role requires hands-on supervision and timely handover of completed areas.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil and interior finishing activities at project sites, including residential, commercial, and real estate developments.
• Manage finishing works such as plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, marble, granite, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, waterproofing, doors, windows, and related interior works.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution of work.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of activities as per project schedules and milestones.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to construction standards, safety guidelines, and company quality procedures.
• Identify site issues, resolve execution-related problems, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely closure.
• Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements to minimize wastage and control project costs.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion against actual site progress and approved BOQs.
• Ensure proper finishing, alignment, levels, dimensions, surface quality, and workmanship before handing over areas for subsequent activities.
