ABB in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned General Accounting professional to support end-to-end R2R processes and financial reporting. The role emphasizes accurate transaction recording, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures within an onsite Finance team.

You will drive accounting analyses, collaborate with intra-group areas, and assist during audits. A Graduate/PG in Finance or related field with 5–8 years of experience is required, along with SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years operational experience in General Accounting.
• Expertise in the end-to-end R2R Process, involving Intra-Group area.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

Responsabilités

• Perform general accounting activities and record financial transactions accurately.
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform accounting analysis and generate reports to support finance queries.
• Execute month-end close processes and contribute to reporting.
• Assist team lead during audits and ensure compliance with standards.
