Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in production controlling.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Proficient in creating data-driven presentations (PPT).
• Fluent in English and capable of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses of business performance versus plan and explain variances.
• Prepare financial models for hypotheses and assess impact on factory profitability.
• Drive variance analysis across COGS, overheads, and absorption.
• Partner with controllers and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Support end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and SAP.
