Job summary

ABB Finance is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist in Bengaluru to join the global FP&A team. You will handle accounting of functional costs, month-end accruals, and cost variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Finance or Accounting (CMA/MBA preferred) with 1–3 years FP&A experience, SAP exposure, and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time, on-site role offering cross-functional business partnering.

Accounting -Advising invoice booking , creation of month end accruals.Management of hosted resources charges.Monitoring cost by variance analysis of budget v/s forecastIdentify deviations, and appropriate action plan such as Actuals Invoicing and reclass.Provide inputs to business partnering for forecast/budgeting and trend analysis.Po creation in compliance with P2P policies of ABB (i.e..
