Job summary

Palsons Derma is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead accounting, taxation, and treasury functions in a manufacturing setup. The role emphasizes statutory compliance, audits, and accurate financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

The candidate should bring hands-on ERP experience (SAP/ Oracle), ROC compliance exposure, and a track record of handling multi-faceted finance operations in companies with significant turnover.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in accounting and taxation in a manufacturing company.
• Experience handling audits and preparing annual balance sheets and returns.
• Hands-on with ROC compliance and treasury management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor statutory ABP/ABS budgets.
• Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation and statutory compliance.
• Oversee treasury functions including cash flow and fund management.
• Drive financial reporting, MIS and cost control measures.
• Support internal, statutory and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial planning.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation and monitoring of Annual Business Plan (ABP/ABS) and budgets
• Handling Direct & Indirect Taxation and ensuring statutory compliance
• Managing Treasury functions including cash flow and fund management
• Overseeing financial reporting, MIS, and cost control measures
• Supporting internal, statutory, and tax audits
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for financial planning

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must have worked in an integrated ERP (SAP/ Oracle or equivalent) system in a manufacturing company
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Direct & Indirect Taxation in a manufacturing company. Handled audits and prepared annual balance sheets and returns.
3. Must have worked in companies having at least Rs.150 Crore turnover
4. Experience handling ROC compliance work and treasury management will be an added advantage
