Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10–15 years in senior finance roles, GM or Finance Head.
• Experience in Annual Accounts, Direct/Indirect Taxation, GST, and fund management across multiple plants.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of SAP software, Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST, and other financial regulations.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills including optimization of the company funds, ensuring efficient cash flow management and lead financial planning and budgeting processes, setting financial goals and targets.
• Proven track record in fund management and financial planning.
• Responsible for Annual reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure strong internal controls.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular financial reports, to the executive team.

Role & responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of SAP software, Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST, and other financial regulations.
• Should have strong financial acumen and analytical skills including optimization of the companys funds, ensuring efficient cash flow management and lead financial planning and budgeting processes, setting financial goals and targets.
• Proven track record in fund management and financial planning.
• Responsible for Annual reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in CA, CS, CPA, CWA is preferred.
• Up to 10 - 15 years of experience in a senior - level finance role, preferably as a General Manager or Finance Head, in a medium-scale manufacturing company, preferably of Multi location plants.
• The Ideal candidate reporting to CFO, Candidate should have expertise in handling Annual Accounts, Direct and Indirect Taxation, IT Assessment, GST and Fund Management of Multi location & Multi plants of a limited companies. You will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company. including internal audits, statutory audits, reports and compliance. Preferred to have knowledge in secretarial and costing functions also.
