Job summary

Lic in India seeks a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead plant accounting, prepare monthly and annual balance sheets, and oversee statutory audits with Big4.

You will manage budgeting, variance analysis, INDAS and GST compliance, and ensure timely MIS reports and cash flow statements. The role demands strong Excel skills, leadership to guide finance teams, and the ability to present plant performance to top management. Experience in manufacturing and 10+ years is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA with 10+ years in manufacturing finance.
• Experience in plant accounting and balance sheet preparation.
• Strong exposure to statutory audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of plant accounting and preparing monthly & annual Balance Sheet.
• Handson experience in handling statutory Audits (LRs and year end audit with Big4).
• Budget and variance analysis (ownership required).
• Working knowledge of INDAS and GST.
• Good exposure of routine accounting, payable, general accounting & Books keeping.
• To make monthly reports /MIS/Cash flow statement.
• Very good on Compliances (Timing and accuracy).
• Sound knowledge in Excel.
