Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst for Accounts Receivable to process and audit AR transactions and coordinate with site leads for billing and collections. You will prepare billing templates, download remittances, and ensure timely sharing with the site team, while supporting data-driven metrics and reporting.

The role requires a finance background with 3–5 years in Order to Cash, emphasis on cash application, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with a preference for postgraduate qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash, ideally Cash Application.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit various accounts receivable transactions.
• Coordinate with site leads to update Description & Services period and prepare billing templates.
• Coordinate with client team for collections and create vendor payment batches based on collections.
• Download remittances and share with site team on a timely basis.
• Prepare and analyze reports using Excel and handle queries.
• Support the team with data on processing metrics daily and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist in training new employees and work on ad-hoc reports and cross-functional processes.
• Maintain real-time, accurate process documentation.
