Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and audit accounts receivable transactions.
• Coordinate with site leads to update Description & Services periods.
• Prepare billing templates and coordinate client collections.
• Create vendor payment batches based on client collections.
• Download remittances and share with site team on time.
• Prepare and analyze reports in Excel as needed.
• Handle queries and manage pending issues.
• Support data gathering on processing metrics daily.
• Escalate unresolved issues and assist in training new staff.
• Work on process-related and ad-hoc reports; support cross-functional processes.
• Keep all process documents updated in real time.
